I sometimes wonder if Capcom is subtly trying to invoke an anti-meat sentiment. Between the Aptonoth and Epioth, I just don't want to hurt them for meat! Or maybe I'm just way too soft.

    Yeah, those things die. Random harpoonable fish are OK too. But the herbivores in the Deserted Isle are so nice; I always feel bad later.
