    Dive on the route directly south of Sootopolis. Go north while underwater. Resurface when possible. Boom! Sootopolis.

    yeah i remeberd back when i played i'd swim all the way around to where i saw a swimmer just on the left side & dive in the middle then swim thru & come up..Sootopolis
