i was going against Phoebe at the Elite 4 (how come she has ghosts types?) but well right when the screen went black a little girl appeared and dissapeared... OMG im like traumatized...

Supposedly the girl is Phoebe's dead sister watching her battle

yeah and after you beat her the camera angle is really the ghost girl walking towards you and then you see her at a different angle

nothing its a one frame then afterwards on the sideways camera angle when the main character and the member is talking. Its in the gap(s) of those two
