    How would you soft reset to obtain an Oddish? SRing is for Pokemon you receive as a gift (such as starters or Castform) or those you interact with in the overworld (like legendaries or Kecleon). Since you don't receive an Oddish as a gift or interact with it, you couldn't have soft reset for it. Perhaps you mean "random encounter"?
