I really enjoyed this trip to Smash, heck, I bought my wii u because of the potd, to play this one game, yet got so many other wonderful ones. All I can say is "Thank you" Sakurai, you made every day a day worth waiting for.

I guess the only thing we got to wait for now is Mewtwo... Unless Sakurai puts in more DLC for the games which at this point seems highly unlikely. Thank you Mr. Sakurai for the release of Super Smash Bros for Wii U and 3DS. Even though I don't have a Wii U myself, I still bought the game to wait until I do get one.

Sakurai, I thank you for this masterpiece. I can tell that you worked very hard on this game since E3 2013. Y'know what, Mewtwo can wait. You deserve a nice, long vacation.

It's like only yesterday, the Smash Bros. Dojo blog was discontinued. Now we have 48 characters and counting another in this game. Thank you, Sakurai, for pampering our fan base! You are awesome! Apologies if we were a bit demanding.

Japan getting it later than everyone else? Well that's a first. In my experience anyway.

It's kinda sad that it's ending... It brought me joy throughout the year so it's all good though.

Alas, all good things must come to an end. But instead, I'd say a much greater thing is just beginning- the world has Smash now, and for that the world is a brighter, happier, funnier place. Congrats Sakurai & Co. for making an industrial-strength laughter generator. Besides, now we can all generate our own PotDs as often as we want. Thank you for feeding our curiosity during the long wait.
