    You have to get the 2nd to last upgrade of the store then spend 100,000 bells at that store then gracie will come to your town and you have to wear what she says you have to get her 4 times then ta-da your store will upgrade and Gracie will be on the top story P.s. if you want to know how you tell if its the 2nd to last upgrade leif will have a little room in the store hope this helps :]
