    You get it by streetpassing someone with the ticket or going to special locations, like nintendoworld in new york. Its used to go back to southern island, where you can catch latios in AS or latias in OR.

    The Eon ticket is for traveling to southern island to catch Latios αS or Latias ΩR and you get it by streetpass from someone who already has it.
