    there is but did you fight your rival at kiloude city?if you have not then go do that.if you are not able to then go to the battle maison and fight at least 1 battle then you are able to dight your rival then after she will tell you to go to professor sycamore in Anistar city you talk to him and he'll tell you to touch the anistar sundial then afterwards you can then go find the megastones but!

    you have to do it between 8pm to 9pm.cause they won't glow kinda purple and that is the only way to get it.but you know where you battle your rival on victory road?go there and (have a pokemon with the move rock smash)go to the far left and you will see a tower but you see a giant slab of stone blocking your path.use rock smash then the garchompite is in front of the tower you can pick it up.
