    Amy's deck is focused on controlling energy cards on both sides of the field by using Energy Removal, Energy Retrieval and Pokemon Power: Rain Dance. All of Amy's deck is weak to electric. Try to ensure Amy doesn't set up Blastoise, use Gust Of Wind to drag out Squirtle from her bench before it can evolve and defeat it quickly. Keep some Full Heal cards handy to avoid Paralysis and Confusion.

    The first comment was the best one. But in reality the Water Club deck is not that strong. If you're patient you can build a rain dance deck that's much better than hers. But yeah, the first advice you got was really solid.

    Or 2 Gust of Wind and 2 Switch. This is usually what I like to do. It might be better with 2 Oak cards though. Also you can experiment with different Mons in this deck. I have played this deck without Lapras and Gyarados and I added Dragonite and Snorlax. You can do a lot with it and it's amazing.
