    U can u have 2 tap on the globe icon on the touchscreen and select the guild hall icon which looks like a blue anchor if i remember correctly. Then select the 2nd option under the 1st option. The rest is a bit more difficult 2 explain without showing u so it'll be better 2 look up a tutorial online like i did so u can memorize what options are what.And yes they removed it which isn't a bother 2 me

    since im not very fond of underwater hunts anyway i just like swimming but not fighting underwater. And not cuz its "hard" but cuz the slower movements is dull and annoying 2 me. Capcom removed it cuz they wanted 2 focus purely on land battles and make them more dynamic as well as create bigger maps 2 give it an adventurous feel.

    lol. underwater battles are a drag at times. but can be more fun in some ways. for example: more thought goes into your actions,less reaction time(some cases)

    MH4G is MH4U just has the "G" added instead in japan. But ya japan has mh4 and mh4g. We're just getting the expansion tho which is mh4g aka mh4u.

    As to why you can't play online, MH3U on the 3ds does not have online play, only local multiplayer. If you also have a Wii U, there is a way to get on through it, otherwise, you are stuck playiing solo. MH4U has online play tho, from what I understand.

    I heard MH4 let's you climb on monsters like Shado of the Colossus or Dragon's Dogma an I prefer climbing on monsters rather than clunky swimming.

    @soug that's true 2 an extent but 4U terrain isn't flat completely like in previous gens so it makes land battles a lot more challenging and tricky and even harder than underwater battles imo since the elevation and uevenness of certain areas can give the monsters a good advantage over u. @valadin its pretty much a waste 2 buy and import it now lol. And our copy is gonna arrive way b4 may, most-

    Yes you can jump on monsters backs and "ride” them. Its harder than it looks XD but omg there r so many cool monsters! [sorry i dont know their names] I cant wait to get my bug staff!!

    Overrated doesn't equal bad tho xD and reason it is overrated is cuz its so versatile and fun. Much more than any other wep in the main series imo.
