    Have armor that resists water, such as Royal Ludroth, Gobul, Glacial Agnakor (if you've gotten to high rank while in Port Tanzia). Have a dragon weapon since Ceadeus is very weak to dragon, and if you don't have one, use a thunder weapon (I believe it's weak to thunder). Bring nulberries and attack the back when in the first area. Attack the beard in the 2nd, it needs to be broken before you get

    to the 3rd area, or you will fail the mission. 3rd area, attack the large horn, and when that's broken, just keep attacking it until it is either repelled or killed. Good luck!

    Don't forget to use the Dragonator. It's the big harpoon machine. Ceadeus swims up in front of it, you hit the gong, Ceadeus gets impaled for a nice chunk of damage. The ballistas are good for breaking the horn, too.
