Question

So, I have a 3DS and I soloed all the way to HR5, and I'd like to get to G-Rank, but I feel like I might need some tips on the key quests, like the Deviljho key quest. I'm sure I already know the Monsters' attack patterns, but I'd like some tips anyway, like what items to bring and such.

    Nulberries and adamant seeds cuz that devil breath will kill you easily and his saliva messes with your defense. Also if you have a dragon type weapon helps or any Brach weapon that's upgraded to at least the next level.

    it gets winded easily. I suggest taking 2 of each trap. When salivating, flash bomb then trap. If you still got room, take some meats like tainted meat. Use after you no longer have traps because they fill its belly.

    Well the Ivory Lagi Will be tough a bit just keep dodging [bring dash juices optional] use fire weapons or Brach weapons. Nullberries of course. But kill him before he goes to the water

    Um, I believe that Ivory Lagi was the Urgent Quest to get into HR5.

    Ohh woops >3< sorry uhmm what other was there.....Oh Azure Rath won't be hard Antidotes and herbal meds help if you get poisoned. Just use a Brach weapon if you have one lol

    Im sure most of the monsters won't give you much trouble except maybe Glacial agnaktor. Fencing skill, or weapons with natural fencing ability like bladed axes, demon duals, hunting horns, and gunners will prevent bounce vulnerability. But you made it to mark of the hero,so it will all be too familiar.

    another quick tip for jho, bring drugged meat when he falls asleep after eating it sleep bomb his head, tinged meat to give yourself some openings, and might as well bring tainted cause he will eat it too and him being poisoned is a nice bonus. i had to solo through hr 6 too.
