    Gojirito! Have you heard? Word's been going around online that Toho Pictures is planing on coming out with a new Godzilla movie in 2016! Toho Pictures said in a statement that the 2014 Legendary movie was so sucessful, they've decided to reboot the movie franchise!

    I wonder if they'll use the Legendary design for Godzilla or make a new design based on one of the previous Toho designs? And more importantly, will this Godzilla be rendered in CGI or be done in a costume like in previous Toho films?

    Most likely a new design aside from Legendary's, but I have a feeling this next film will utilize both CGI and suit acting like some of the recent tokusatsu films in Japan.

    @Nin-Tyler As much as I like praise from them, they frown down suit acting unfortunately, considering that today's general audience much prefer a "realistic" approach. Only hardcore Gojira fans will welcome the new Toho film warmly.

    Sorry the late reply, but if the new Toho film will be a feature as a vs. movie, I would like them to create an original monster. The last original monster they have ever created was Orga. If it was a classic kaiju, then I would like Biollante getting a second shot.

    Its fine! I would like Megalon to get a re-design. I don't hear many people talk about Biollante. Its one of Godzillas more interesting enemy. Did you see the screen shots for Destroyah and Burning Godzilla for the new Godzilla game??
