    [The guide for the game gives insight into such statistics, plus hackers can break into the game code.. it's possible to find out I just never had a reason to look so I assumed it wasn't mega evolution since if Dialga underwent Primal Reversion she'd change appearence as well and hopefully have her color sceme taken from Primal Dialga]
