    If you're using Windows and you have any .jpg or .png file, you can go into Miiverse, start writing a post and then press Alt and F4 at the same time. From there it'll allow you to pick a picture to add.

    But only through the WiiU or New 3DS. You can't post pictures through the normal 3DS.
