    Yeah, with automatic word filters that many newer games implement, you can end up blocked from several entirely legitimate names that normal people have. It's even worse if default names trigger it, such as being unable to trade an certain Pokemon unnicknamed on the GTS. The idea may be nice, but the execution always seems to be bad!
