    It doesn't really matter. If you want my recommendation, go with Bulbasaur.

    well it depends on your opinion, but if you decide later on in the game that isn't the one you want don't restart the game becuse if you collect enough cards you can switch your deck.

    Each starter deck has slightly different cards, but all cards from the two starter decks you didn't pick can easily be obtained through booster packs. Your starting deck has no effect on the plot or your rival at all. At most, your starter deck points you to which club leader you should likely challenge first. Charmander Deck -> Grass Club Bulbasaur Deck -> Rock Club Squirtle Deck -> Fire Club
