Here are my vehicle and course hopes for the Animal Crossing x Mario Kart 8 DLC pack: Egg 1, an Animal Crossing~related vehicle, an Arwing ATV, and Parade Kart for Vehicles, and for courses: Animal Crossing track, Star Fox track, Mach Rider track, Wii Daisy Circuit, DS Waluigi Pinball, GBA Ribbon Road, Arcade Bananan Ruins, and a new, completely original track.

Reasonings for hopes: Egg 1~The B Dasher returned, so I hope the Egg 1 returns as well. Animal Crossing vehicle~ Since Villager and Isabelle are joining, it'd make sense to add an animal crossing-based vehicle. Arwing ATV~Star Fox is returning on Wii U after it's 6-7 year hiatus, and there's only 3 ATVs in the whole game. Parade Kart~ Isabelle would fit in this kart very nicely.

Reasonings for course hopes: Animal Crossing track~Already confirmed. Star Fox track~ As previously said, Star Fox is returning after it's 6-7 year hiatus. Mach Rider track~Mach Rider, a Nintendo-made NES game, would use more attention... Wii Daisy Circuit~ Kinda sad there's no Daisy courses... DS Waluigi Pinball~ Kinda sad there's no Waluigi Courses...

GBA Ribbon Road~ Would look gorgeous in HD, and has plenty of opportunities for Anti-Gravity. Arcade Bananan Ruins~ Bandai Namco Studios and Bandai Namco Games were listed in the staff credits of Mario Kart 8, and this could possibly be the reason why... A new, original track~ Dragon Driftway and Ice Ice Outpost. Now new track #3...
