    You think that's something, I saw a video where a Lemmy user took 1st place in a race against Sgt.Dragon. His race rating was over 11000, and his vehicle combo consisted of the Biddybuggy and Cyber Slick.

    Yeah I've seen my fair share of very good lightweight users myself. And the funny thing is, my Rosalina combo outspeeds just about every combo that the babies and Lemmy can make if they're not using the Mach 8 or its clones.

    Its a weird yet effective combo I've tried it myself with morton a couple of times before but whats more weird is super heavy/speed kart/wood

    Odd because you lose some speed and handling for using those tires, plus they're terrible for water courses.

    Actually, the Metal (and Gold Tires) wheels have the exact same speed stats as the Slim and Crimson Slim. As such, when you pair the Metal wheels with the Landship, you'd at least get a +0.25 water speed boost.

    My bad, but yes the Slicks, Cyber Slicks, Woods, Sponges, and Cushions are the worst wheels when it comes to water speed. I rarely ever touch them outside of time trials. Likewise, I hardly ever use the Monster and Hot Monster, since they just plain suck in this game.
