    I literally just upgraded my thunderclap longsword to thunderclap + the other day. And im in G rank. It just refused to give me a plate and a couple horns. I would have said forget it but the thunderclap weapon tree is one of my favorites looks wise.

    Its called Desire Sensor, it's when the game knows you need the piece and will refuse to give it to you.They do this so that you would pour in more time into the game.
