Zero from the future. He's actually a clone of the original Zero but with his normal personality, which is revealed in Mega Man Zero 3.

X was kept alive using Cyber-Elf energy IIRC, or at least something along with the lines of that. He runs out of energy at the end of Zero 3, and is never seen again after that.
