use lots of pokeballs if that dons'nt work use lots of grat balls if that donsent work use ultraballs if that fales heres how u do it 1 use pokeball 2 use gratball 3 use ultraball did that help

If it ran away, look at it's location in the pokedex, but don't fly to it. Eventually it will retreat to a cave, where you battle it once and for all.

looked it up and google said; "You will find it ten times and it will run away. The 11th time you find it and you can battle it."! :)

And it also said, "If you pick Fenikken you will get Zapdos if you pick Chespin you will get Artincoono and if you pick Froakie you will get Moltrase!" (i only know how to spell Zapdos out of the three of them.) And i picked Fenikken! So i found Zapdos!
