Wii U: Spin the Left Stick a total of 1,337 times in a single Special Smash fight. Set the fight to 300% and Flower (Explanation: Shrek h8s flowers, cuz theyre 4 skrubs). Next go to save file amd delete all data. Then Shrek and Bigley will appear 3DS: Defeat 15 Wireframe Fighters in Cruel Smash

You need to unlock all stages, all trophies, all challenges, all characters, and you need to also play online atleast 100 times. He is really hard to unlock because he is the most powerful character in the whole game.
