Question

Okay, this is the 4th pokemon I've run into that doesn't attack. Is this normal or a glitch? Swellow, Azumarill,Miltank and now Meowstic.

    It's not like it's a bad thing since it makes them super easy to kill and catch. It's still odd to see though, especially at high levels.
