    It wasn't patched. ESS Duping was patched, even though you can still do Shop Duping instead. Also, you can use RI (Restricted Items) to use the mask anywhere. You cannot just patch Bottle Adventure, so please don't say random things without any actual knowledge of what you are talking about.

    go to a hot spring put a bottle on button x or button y then grab your breman mask scoop up hot spring water gently pull your circle pad backwards in mid turning press button x and y at the same time it should replace your bremans mask with an empty bottle then leave. you cant go in houses or your game will crash. if your wondering how you get out you can walk through the two ice crystals
