    Wait until the guy finishes destroying the boulder that blocks the (though he will finish on the Final Day), or get a Powder Keg and blow up the boulder to gain access to the Ranch. You will have to do this everytime you reset the time, though.

    Finish the Snowhead temple, and the mountain will melt down. Go talk to the baby goron to try and join the goon race, there will be a boulder blocking the path that can only be blown with the powder keg, go to the powder ked shop (it's frozen if you haven't beaten the temple or don't have the fire arrows), and the owner of the shop will test you to see if you get one, by seeing if you can (...)

    (...) take the keg to he boulder blocking the race,do that and talk to the owner of the goron keg shop again, and he'll give you a permission to use powder kegs. You can buy them there at the mountain or at clock town at the bomb store talking to the goron there while using the goron mask
