    You always have a chance even if it is 1%. I've heard that you can miss catching a pokemon at MAX on the percentage bar. I've missed catching a pokemon at 87%.

    Tap start. You will be at the screen that lets you pick a battle [above]. Then tap on the file folder on the lower right next to the jewel basket. Tap the passcode bar in the middle of the screen.
