    You'll see Isabel in the town hall and she'll be asleep. That means youve unlocked the Dream Suite project. Then, all thats left to do is to stuff your wallet, and start the Dream Suite Town Project! Hope this helps those with the same or similar question(s)! Have fun and see you soon! ~Shadow~

    Sorry to say but... Thats not gonna help you any. You have to be playing the game long enough for the Dream Suite Project to become unlocked. It takes time. Skipping through time wont help you. Okay? Just be patient and in time, you'll get what you were waiting for! Hope thos helps! ^ω^ ~Shadow~
