    use your shield and stay at a good distance he will start swaying back and forth and then come at you with a slash use your shield slightly to the right of this attack then you will be behind him and he will be vulnerable

    make sure you have deku nuts before you go in, then use the flowers to fly over and drop them on his head. he will fall over and you can hit the giant eyeball.
