Know that you'll be forwarding time alot with the Song of Double Time, but it (obviously) speeds up the waiting process. Start by being on the 1st day and forwarding time to 10am and then going to the Mayor's Office. Go to the right room and talk to the woman in orange. Say "Yes" and you'll get Kafei's Mask. Go to the Stock Pot Inn at 3pm and show it to Anju. Go outside and forward time to 11pm.

Go downstairs and wait in the kitchen for her. After you get the letter, drop it into any red postbox around town and go the Laundry Pool. Fast Forward time to 4pm and go into the back room. After talking with the kid, take the necklace he gives you back to Anju. Go back to the Laundry Pool and forward time to the Dawn of the Final Day on the dot (6am).

Talk to the Curiosity Shop owner and he'll tell you where Kafei has gone and he'll give you both the Keaton Mask and the Priority Mail. (I'll cover this in a separate post, as it's not too important to the main quest's progression.) Have the Hookshot and the Garo's Mask and go into Ikana. Follow the path and the river and stand right beside Kafei and wait and hide.

You can either wait with time unslowed or forward it to around 7pm and Sakon will already be opening the door. Keep in mind that if you choose to wait, try and not move from beside Kafei, or Sakon will leave and you'll have to start over from The First Day. You then play between Link and Kafei when in the hideout, but the puzzles are simple.

After recovering The Sun's Mask, warp back to Clock Town and go up the first room door in the Stock Pot Inn where you'll find Anju waiting. Kafei will just barely make it and reunite with his now wife, Anju. They will give you the Couple's Mask. Grab the silver rupee in the chest, deposit it in the bank and rewind time. Show the Couple's Mask to the Mayor at 10am and you'll earn a Piece of Heart.

Concerning the Priority Mail, you need to do the sidequest twice to get both items. One is if you bring it to Kafei's Mother, yourself or if you let the postman deliver it to her. If you bring it to her while wearing Kafei's Mask, she'll give you a new bottle filled with Chateau Romani. You can also enter the Bar before it opens at 7pm if you don't have Romani's Mask, which is proof of membership.

Letting the Postman deliver it to her in your place, he'll leave the bar and when you talk to him afterwards, he'll give you his hat that let's you check postboxes. The first one you always check has a piece of heart in it.

Then you'll have to wait til you're farther in the game and have those items. There is a Deku Flower you can use to get to the balcony and the upper door is always unlocked.

You push it? Those blocks aren't too big where Kafei can't shove them around. Only step on blue and gold switches, as they slow down the conveyor belt. Red ones speed it up. Link just needs to beat monsters to open Kafei's doors. The block puzzles open up Link's.
