  • Yes, you can buy the Climax Brace, which is the most over-powered accessory in the game.

  • It makes all of your attacks wicked weaves. If you fight any of the bosses, you can see how it works. Although, the Climax Brace in Bayonetta 2 is even more powerful. In that game it gives you infinite magic!

  • I shall try to get it in both games xD would be nice to do infinite umbra climaxes, would make killing Rodon or Witch Hunts chapter 5 easier.

  • Only problem is, in Bayonetta 2, you can't get the Climax Brace until you beat Rodin. Also, you can't use it in the Witch Trials and even if you could, it wouldn't record your score. However, in the first Bayonetta, you can use it against Rodin which is what I'm doing. I came pretty close to beating him last night and I can safely say he's a lot easier to beat in the first game than in the second.

  • .____. wow, I beat the first game on every difficultly from normal and up and unlocked all LPs but didn't even know u could fight him in the first one. I also didn't unlock Jeanne or that weird ghost thing. Hmm and that sucks you can't use it in the witch hunts.... would make doing #5 so much easier x.x

  • To fight him in the first one you need to get a total of 10 million halos (it doesn't matter if you spend the halos) and then you can buy the platinum ticket for 1 million halos. To get Jeanne, you need to get all platinum trophies on every chapter on normal or higher difficulty. To get the ghost (Little King Zero), you need to beat the lost chapter called Angel Slayer.

  • Wow, thanks dude... sounds like i'm gonna need to beat that game at least 10 more times to get those many halos. Well good thing the game is fun and has loads of replay value and good thing not pure platinum...still gonna be tough though.

  • @Chris There's actually a lot of ways to farm halos. The method I used is to go into the first Alfheim in chapter 3 and use Gaze of Despair along with the Climax Brace. I definitely agree about the replay value. I've played so much of both Bayonetta games and still can't get enough.

  • @SR I know about the cheat codes, but it feels better to unlock everything the fair way rather than using cheats.
