    Professor Cozmo's house in Fallarbor Town. He has a meteorite on a table/shelf thing. Interact with it while Deoxys is in your party & he'll change form- Attack, Defense, & Speed. Interact w/ it while he's in Speed forme to change him back to Normal/standard form.
