    I know it is, but G Gundam's protagonist literally pilots god and kills the devil with a gigantic heart shaped laser beam after he saved his love interest and wrapped his cape around her to form a cocktail dress. The bull(censored)ery in that series is crazy in all the right ways

    If you want to watch a gundam series, I recommend Gundam 00. You can watch it for free on the official youtube channel called gundaminfo. It's got a team of a middle eastern former child terrorist, a catholic Irish guy whose family(other than his brother) was killed in a terrorist attack, a genius that nobody likes, and a psychotic split-personality genetically enhanced person

    What part are you on? I ran a marathon of it when I had a snow day. I'm not going to pay money every month just to see new episodes of an anime about card games, an anime of a manga that already had an OVA of that specific arc, and an anime of a manga from the 80's that I already read

    Part 1 isn't where it gets really good. Part 2 is where the surprises and stuff happen. Part 3 is where the memes are made. Season 1 has the best ending theme song ever. Who would expect an anime would have had an English prog rock song as the ending?
