    Well, if it was just on the XOne and PS4, I'd kinda understand, but it's on the 360 amd PS3, both less powerful than the Wii U, so not making such a version is just silliness.

    Well, everybody except consumers xD Mario Kart and Smash are super popular, often being hailed as the best in their respective series, Mario 3D World is already treated as a classic, amiibos are selling out like crazy, Bayonetta 2 is one of the most positivley-reviewed games in recent memory.... It seems third parties are just skiddish because of what happened with the original Wii.

    For realsies. Well, there are a few interesting things hidden in the eShop, namely One Piece Unlimited World Red. There's also a Fist of the North Star Musou game (called Ken's Rage, I believe)

    It wasn't. There were a lot of awesome third party titles on the system. But there sales were much, much lower than the Nintendo-brand offerings because of the way that the original Wii was marketed. The Wii U, conversely, is marketed toward traditional gamers once more, but many major third parties just don't want to take risks. Mostly because of low sales of games when the Wii U was new.

    Well, Cell's is notable because, if I remember properly, Cell defeats the Z-Warrior's, then wanders the planet devoid of purpose... Until Babidi shows up, and the final boss of his story is Super Buu. I think in his ending he leaves Earth to search for stronger warriors to battle. I remember Ginyuu's involved him overthrowing Freeza.

    Actually, there is no Yamcha. There's Goku, Gohan, Gotenks, Piccolo, Krillin, Vegeta, Future Trunks, Ginyu, Freeza, Dr. Gero, Android 18, Cell, and Buu. You can make teams of up to three characters, and each character has three ranks, the higher the rank, the more slots they take up, and on certain characters, their higher rank is a different character or transformation.

    I'm thinking Piccolo's would be gaining a high enough power to beat Raditz without Goku, take down the Saiyans single-handedly, and basically take the place of Vegeta in the Namek Arc.

    I don't remember Piccolo's, exactly, but I think he actually takes the place of Goku in the Namek arc. I just remember Krillin's so well 'cause it really stuck with me. The game's full name is Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors, btw. I'd totally recommend playing it yourself, it's a lot of fun. Maybe I'll LP it if I ever get a capture card xD
