Rampardos has really short arms. I bet in a world full of Pokemon (sort of like the Mystery Dungeon universe set in a more modern age,) Rampardos has trouble doing a lot of simple tasks. Poor Rampardos... And Scyther... And Garchomp... And various other Pokemon...
