    You have to play the goron lullaby to the giant goron (if you have learned the song that is). It will cause the goron to fall asleep and fall of the ledge, allowing you to procede to the Snowhead temple.

    after you unfreeze him he will teach you the beginning of the lullaby. then go to the crying baby and play the song. the baby will teach you the rest.
