    Yeah, it kept calling out to me so i took the plunge. I loved the first one so i already knew i'd like it but these planes just look awesome! I was going to get Ironfall but that turned out bad for me and didn't like it much. I wanted to use some Amiibo's on this bad for some reason lol.

    I tried the demo .It looks great.But seems to be a generic shooter.Wich says alot since 3ds has none. i struggled with the c stick. even on mgs snake eater. it seems terrible for precision aiming. adjusting settings doesnt help. I dont like the placement of the Z R/L buttons over the CPP.. back to this game, ill probably buy the previous version. the amiibo bug hasnt bit me yet,if ever..

    The original is totally worth it. I prefer something like this to Star Fox actually. When I got Star Fox when it came out I played it for all of 30 mins and said nice but no thanks. To me this one's better. I played Star Fox 64 so I guess it just didn't feel new to me.

    Im thinking of getting star fox3d on club nintendo.But yesterday my son saw my 3ds and was really annoyed i have like 20 eshop games all of a sudden and im not buying him any! of course he would rather play minecraft on his ipad anyway!! he games on his 3ds barely.Even though hes got like 16 carts, KIDS....

    Never played this series. Is it worth it? I have the New 3DS XL & love Amiibo, and Star Fox. Is there a demo? I don't see one on the North American eShop.

    No demo but it's quite enjoyable. If I were you though and unsure I'd wait till the price comes down. It shouldn't take long for that to happen. I wanted a reason to use my Amiibo's but you can unlock all the Nintendo planes without them as well.

    This game is in both the eshop and store. I would wait about another month or 2 as the price should drop like a rock. Basically 2 versions of the same game. Amiibo support is cool and all but you can unlock all the in-game paint jobs so it makes Amiibo's kinda pointless. They really keep devaluing these Amiibo's.
