It's triggered by shooting Light Arrows (not heavy arrows... they suck) at certain enemies. It's a nice way to grind rupees.

It's a good question. Just theories on the answer ... I think it's possibly certain Termina Field events. I tried to bargain the Business Scrub down under 100 rupees for a heart piece, forgetting his lowest price point, and one appeared when I left the cave that wasn't there before. Perhaps that one indicates the Magic Bean transport has been ignored.

Colin, while that is true (sort of, they earn purples), that's not what she has going on here. There are random reds that show up in Termina Field that did not in the original ...

Oh, sorry! I got my amounts mixed up. However, at firsr, I thought that was the 200 orange rupee. Maybe it was caused by a glitch or something.
