Head down the ramp and up the next one. When you come to the ice blocks, shoot at the icicles above them to get rid of them.

see the ramp in the top left corner? drop down and go up the ramp, when you get to the block of ice look up and shoot the icesicle with the bow twice, when you enter the next area, go up to the snow boulders and blow them up by useing a bomb or the blast mask, if you don't have them you can buy a bomb bag from the bomb shop, or you can buy a large bomb bag from the curiousity shop
