    Because a nuclear bomb is stronger than an automic bomb. u can never be strong enough, and ur blade can never be sharp enough. Especially in a world where 12 feet dragons are running around free

    I thought abt it before and here's what i came up with. When we carve, the hunter use a lot of force to get the knife inside the monster. This means the blade isnt really sharp, it we just using brute force. We probably cant do that on a moving target, let alone get close enough to use the carving knife.

    Yeah the knife is way to small too. Which might prohibit your ability to hit the monster with out being absolutely murdered.

    And yet we use the exact same knife with the starting Sword n' Shield. We haave had the ubër knife since the start and passed it up for Weapons that bigger and in most cases cooler looking.
