    I think wily made omega zero because Zero joined X, but he cant remember because of what happened at the last megaman x game. my theory's probably not true.

    Zero is my fav. megaman character. Basically he is this game's shadow the hedgehog. X is hero and Zero is kinda neutral. But in this game he's the hero. I remember copy X being in one of these games but i don't remember which game you fight him. #Zeroisthebest

    Wily didn't actually finish Zero - he was unearthed before the events of Mega Man X (but after X himself was discovered), went berserk and got beaten up, and was repaired by the Maverick Hunters, purging him of most of his Wily-ness.
