    Just be patient. Wait for Lagiacrus to come to the area you're in, then swim past him to the other area. When he's in 10, stay in 11. When he's in 11, stay in 10. There's a spot in 11 where you can climb some vines up out of the water and go to another area. Check the map to see where it is. You can use that to return to camp if you've collected enough guts.
