I think it would be possible to get Super Brachydios down faster if I use Bomb Boost + Pyro and blow up all my Barrel Bombs, since you'll take out over 2000HP. Then use my 2nd MH3U copy to trade for more Large Barrels, Gunpowder, and Barrel Bombs during the quest. Easy 4000HP taken out that way.

    Nah, sleeping wouldn't work since i'm planning to do that as a blademaster. I made a speed bombing set a few days ago and thought of this just now. This would save me a lot quest time. :)

    The Plesioth Direspike only has 280atk and i'd have to wait for the sleep to take effect. I just want to blow up all my bombs and get down to business. I'm planning to use the Struxion Demolisher or Hellnox Epee.

    With Bomb Boost, 1 Barrel Bomb+ does 195 damage like i've read on the internet. You can have combines for 10 Barrel Bombs, 2 pre-combined Barrel Bomb+, and 3 Barrel Bombs. With Pyro, you basically have 15 Barrel Bomb+. This means you'll deal 2925 damage if you blow up everyone succesfully. Now if you get 15 more, then that amounts to 5850, which is almost the full HP a large monster has in P3rd.
