    Normal is $40.00, Collectors is $60.00 to start. As for the differences. The Collectors gives you the game, a fairly sized Blue Supply Box in which to store everything. A special colored Gore Magala figurine, a Monster Hunter icon heavy lanyard, a special Felyne pin of the Felyne in Gore Magala armor, and a special microfiber cloth with exclusive MH4U artwork on it.
