    You can get it by using the Logic connection creator guy. He will set up a bunch of creativi-toys, 2 at a time. Delete all but the sky changer and the toy connected to it! Test the sky changer (via the connecting toy) and if it doesn't give you what you want, delete it too. I wouldn't use more than 4 creators at once.

    I think you have to have the Stitch's Tropical Rescue play disc. Then there will be Stitch toys in the toy store to buy. The same with Brave Fort Siege. They may also have a power disc you can buy in the packs also.
