    Nintendo only shipped them to those who pre-ordered the game with the GameCube controller....nobody else has them......

    ^^^ You're wrong, you can buy them packaged with the game at smashbros.com (but why would you do that if you have the game?), or you can get one off of eBay or Amazon!
