You want to get CDs fast? There may not be a CD factory but you can get a few with some patience. Set a 99-stock battle with only the Master Ball as an item set at "high" against a lvl 9 cpu. Mew will do the rest. 3 CDs at least.

    Not the fastest way, but good if you want to do nothing and get items. I did a custom stage and I let my amiibo do all the work while I went AFK
