I started over and it's taking me forever to get all my best-friends back. But the game is very injoyable so it's not a real problem it got 16 out of 36 back.

huh, i do the exact same thing. Mostly because God didnt put them in my life so that i CANT meet them and my fav. teacher always said to be nice to everyone because they may be your boss one day.
