Question

5日は鬼計算8バック、計算20が12秒、計算100が1分4秒。鬼計算はテクニック使わず、完全ガチです。自力だとなかなか10バックいけないです。何か良い記憶法はありますか？

私は2桁の数字を語呂合わせにして、それをイメージ化して記憶してます！他にも、Pなんとかや場所なんとかみたいな専門的で特殊な記憶術もあるみたいですが、私には今はまだ必要ないかなって感じです。結局、大事なのは、相対的に有利な記憶術を使って成績を伸ばすよりも、単純な方法で構わないから集中力を全開にして課題に取り組み続けて能力そのものを向上させることだと思ってます。

僕は数字をイ、ニ、サ、ヨ、ゴ、のようにゴロ合わせにして声を出して覚えてます。今のところ18バックですが、12プラス6で２つに分けてやります。声を出してやるのが効果があると思っています。
