Is Melting Ice only available through granting favors, or is it possible to get them from the Magical Dungeon? I tried the dungeon twice over the weekend and didn't get any.

it is available through both ways.because the dungeon varies on what u get,it'll take time and patience.

Finally got the favor again, but it was so annoying. I had to do the Cinderella quest 10 times just to get three cracked thingies (forgot the name) to show up. They aren't even rare items! Argh.
